Our Services
Grave Cleans offer quality care and services whilst honouring and respecting your loved ones at their resting place. We provide 4 Levels of care, from twice a year visits to maintaining the headstone every month. There is also the option to choose a One off Clean. Additional services include organising and placing flowers or gifts and recommendations or quotes for any repairs or beautifications they may require.
Each plan gives you the option to choose when you would like the headstone or memorial site cleaned. This can be around any special occasion, birthdays anniversaries ect.
Green Care
2 Visits per year at a time of your choosing, or you can leave the timing to maintain the headstone up to us. Careful assessment of the headstone and a clean. Cleaning of vases and any ornaments if required. Removal of any weeds. Removal and replacement of any old or broken flowers upon request. A written report of any damage or repairs required. A no obligation quote for any repairs if needed. A before and after photo will be emailed to the customer after every site visit. Please enquire about added extras including flower purchasing and placement. Green Care Plan $15.00 per month Valid for 24 months.
Trinity Care
3 Visits per year at a time of your choosing, or you can leave the timing to maintain the headstone up to us. Careful assessment of the headstone and a clean. Seasonal Care
4 visits per year at a time of your choosing, or at each change of each season. Careful assessment of the headstone and a clean. Cleaning of vases and any ornaments if required. Removal of any weeds. Removal and replacement of any old or broken flowers upon request. A written report of any damage or repairs required. A no obligation quote for any repairs if needed. A before and after photo will be emailed to the customer after every site visit. Please enquire about added extras including flower purchasing and placement. Seasonal Care Plan $26 per month Valid for 24 months
Platinum Care
Monthly visits for 24 months. You can choose for us to visit on a specific date, through any of the months that may coincide with a special occasion for your loved one. This is a popular option in the first 2 years of the Headstone being placed on site. Careful assessment of the headstone and a clean. Cleaning of vases and any ornaments if required. Removal of any weeds Removal and replacement of any old or broken flowers upon request. A written report of any damage or repairs required. A no obligation quote for any repairs if needed. A before and after photo will be emailed to the customer after every site visit. This plan includes 1 flower arrangement over the 24 months. Please enquire about added extras including flower purchasing and placement. Platinum Care plan $52 per month Valid for 21 months
One Off Clean
Choosing this option gives you the opportunity to use our service immediately or at any time of your choosing once, without locking into any contracts. We provide the same level of care as we do in all our contracted services. Careful assessment of the headstone and a clean. Cleaning of vases and any ornaments if required. Removal of any weeds. Removal and replacement of any old or broken flowers upon request. A written report of any damage or repairs required. A no obligation quote for any repairs if needed. A before and after photo will be emailed to the customer after every site visit. Please enquire about added extras including flower purchasing and placement. One off clean $100.00 Payable in Advance. Sign up Bonus: If you sign up to one of our plans within 30 days after we have completed your One Off Clean, you will receive one Flower arrangement placed onsite during one of our cleans to the value of $45.00.
